Is the website check really free?
Yes. The do-it-yourself fixes are yours to use even if you never buy anything.
What does the £79 Quick Fix need from me?
Access to your hosting control panel or website login (a temporary login is best; change the password afterwards). If a fix needs your hosting company, we tell you exactly what to ask them.
How do I pay?
By invoice after you’ve checked the fixes or approved the preview. We’ll confirm the payment method by email.
Who hosts it?
We set it up on a reputable free static host (or your existing hosting). No lock-in: we hand over the files.
Do I need to do anything technical?
Only one DNS change at your domain provider, and we send step-by-step instructions (or talk your web person through it).
